TOP END EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP MENTORING
Arnhem Land is an exceptional place to explore leadership legacy and culture. In this setting, leadership teams undertake an experiential development program. Experiential means the opportunity to consider your role and future as a leader and member of a team in an environment that has been used for the same purpose by Indigenous tribes within the world’s longest continuous surviving culture, for over 50,000 years.
As our world moves forward at breakneck speed, the age-old requirement for real leadership has only increased. A complex world requires leaders that can provide fast, innovative solutions that are both effective and efficient. This is what our program achieves for its participants.
THE PROGRAM
The group meets in Darwin for breakfast where we frame the upcoming experience. From here we travel via the Kakadu highway to Mary River wetlands. Over three days we explore the local area and partake in a range of activities that will enable the participants unique opportunities to explore, discover and discuss their next level of leadership.
Exploring physical, cultural, intellectual and emotional places that are unfamiliar and challenging, provides an excellent platform for the team to gain understanding and insight across four business outcomes:
Connection and Engagement; Innovation; Diversity of Thought; and, Leading and Managing Change.
