The Rapid Growth Executive Program is an accelerated development program for key resources, identifying emerging talent and providing the platform for the growth goals of organisations.

As our world moves forward at breakneck speed, the age-old requirement for real leadership has only increased. A complex world requires leaders that can provide fast, innovative solutions that are both effective and efficient. This is what our program achieves for its participants.
THE PROGRAM
This in-house intensive program is designed to shake up the status quo and remove the business-as-usual complacency that invariably creeps into organisations. Teams rarely realise their true potential and what they are capable of without some level of disruption.
This program pays for itself by driving results, ideas, execution and accountability and then building a framework to make the new normal sustainable.
In this four-month intensive Rapid Growth program, the individuals meet each month in a Rapid Growth Masterclass where they develop ideas and execution strategies. They then have 30 days to execute the Rapid Growth strategies. They are supported in between by the program facilitators and held accountable, along with their peers, at the following masterclass. The process is then repeated in each of the following masterclasses. Each individual completes, and is accountable for, two Rapid Growth projects.
